This is a class designed for people who are new to yoga, or who have been practicing for two or three years (Levels 1 & 2). All ages, shapes and sizes are accommodated and you are enabled to work at your own level to build up strength, flexibility and peace of mind.
Kim is a qualified Iyengar teacher (to Junior Intermediate Level 1) and has been teaching for 17 years.
This method of teaching is safe and responsive to individual need, using props like blocks, chairs and bolsters to make poses more comformatable and accessible. Do bring your own equipment (mat, blanket, blocks etc.) if you have any, though all equipment is provided.
Please note there are no classes during school holidays and the next term begins January 23rd 2013
Classes are held at Wiveliscombe Community Centre from 7-8.30 pm
