This is a class designed for people who are new to yoga, or who have been practicing for two or three years (Levels 1 & 2). All ages, shapes and sizes are accommodated and you are enabled to build up strength, flexibility and peace of mind at your own level. Kim is a qualified Iyengar teacher and has been teaching for 8 years. This method of teaching is safe and responsive to individual need, using props like blocks, chairs and bolsters to make poses more comformatable and accessible. Do bring your own equipment (mat, blanket, blocks etc.) if you have any, though some wil be provided.
Class meets at the Wiveliscombe Community Centre.
