This Review was commissioned by the Wiveliscombe Area Partnership. Its intentions were to understand what the first Community Plan for the 10 Parishes' area has achieved and serve as a precursor to the preparation of a new Community Plan for the period 2008-13. Our report starts with an assessment of the impact of the "West Deane and Brendons Community Strategy and Action Plan 2003". We then go on to consider the current context in which the new Plan will be formulated and delivered, before making recommendations as to how the plan-making should proceed.
